Dance

Dance is  a cultural Art of tamilnadu and they mostly form an integral part of their life.  Bharathanatyam is the oldest and classical dance form of Tamilnadu. Besides Bharatanatyam, there are various dance, drama performed in rural areas which depict the culture and skills of the artists.Natyanjali dance festival in Chidambaram and the Dance festival of Mahabalipuram also see a large number of visitors from around the world. People also visit Kalakshetra and other classical dance and music schools to understand and learn these classical arts.
